Is onboarding really free?
Yes. Free professional onboarding is included with every Tratta subscription at all tiers (Pro, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus). There are no onboarding fees, no setup fees, and no tiers that gate access to implementation support. You are assigned a dedicated onboarding manager, receive a full sandbox environment from day one, and get biweekly-to-weekly sessions through launch. Post-launch support and follow-up training sessions are also included at no additional cost.
How long does implementation take?
Timeline depends on the size and complexity of your organization. Pro (Standard complexity): 35 to 45 days to launch. Enterprise (Moderate complexity): 45 to 55 days to launch. Enterprise Plus (Complex implementations): 60 to 75 days to launch. We run biweekly onboarding sessions the first month, then weekly as we approach launch. The biggest factor in timeline is speed of client material delivery.
What if we need more training after go-live?
Follow-up training sessions are available at no extra cost. Whether you are onboarding new team members, launching a new campaign type, rolling out a new feature, or expanding into a new line of business, your customer success manager can schedule additional sessions. Tratta also provides the Student Center with comprehensive help documentation and recorded training materials. If key personnel leave, request a retraining session through your account manager.
Can we migrate existing payment plans from our current provider?
Two options: (1) Let existing plans run out on the old system while new plans go through Tratta, or (2) transfer data directly. We recommend the phased approach to avoid consumer confusion. We have extensive experience migrating clients from legacy payment providers and portals.
What training options are available?
Train-the-trainer sessions, group training, and recorded training sessions. A dedicated support email is available post-launch. The Tratta Student Center contains comprehensive help documentation. If key personnel leave, request a retraining session as there is no self-service training video library yet.
