It all starts when career entrepreneur Josh Allen realizes that debt collection agencies and legal recovery firms suffer when legacy systems fail to meet modern consumer communication expectations and the seeds that will grow into Tratta are planted.

Josh will go on to address this critical gap, combining his deep fintech background with a proven history bootstrapping successful SaaS platforms and a love for technology.

He and his team will come to recognize that effective payment outcomes depend on innovative, timely, and human-centered engagement. In time, they will use what they learn to patiently create a scalable, digital-first debt collections software solution that delivers results by focusing on engagement and trust.
2017
Swipebox is founded.
2019
Swipebox is rebranded as Revenly, and the first iteration of the consumer portal is launched.
2022
Tratta officially launched following the successful wind-down of Revenly, gaining early adoption from digital-first collection firms.
2023
Platform growth accelerates, confirming strong product-market fit and achieving profitability.
2024
An expanded product module that includes analytics and merchant onboarding is introduced. The platform processes over $30 million in accounts receivables per month and offers real-time updates and robust compliance management capabilities.
2025
Strategic expansion targets creditor rights law firms through dedicated sales initiatives and industry education focused on data, compliance, and payment optimization.
