 Tratta Campaigns defines a credit as a single segment of an outbound message. For standard SMS, one segment includes  up to 160 characters using GSM-7 encoding, or up to 70 characters if the message contains Unicode characters such as  emojis or non-Latin scripts. Messages longer than these limits are automatically broken into multiple segments — 153  characters per part for GSM-7, or 67 for Unicode. Each segment consumes one credit. MMS messages, which include media  such as images or video, consume 3 credits per message.

Tratta Sign brings legally compliant e-signatures into your collection workflows, letting consumers sign agreements, disclosures, and payment authorizations without leaving the Tratta experience. Each plan includes a set document allowance for a flat monthly or annual price; exceed it and you pay a simple per-document overage rate.
